Review of Wonder Woman (2017) by Eagleeyeviking — 14 Jun 2017
While the third act suffers from the same messy special effects extravaganza that plagues other DCEU enterprises, the film that preludes it is a mostly successful endeavour. Gal Gadot is mesmerising as the titular heroine; bringing a sense of innocence, curiosity, and badassery to her character.
The World War 1 setting is meticulously used as well.
