Review of Wonder Woman (2017) by Laura S — 03 Jun 2017

Gal Gadot is pure perfection as Wonder Woman. She is strong, compassionate and completely convincing. I was swept up in her world and mindset from the very beginning of the film. As an actress Gal really carries the film, she was made for this role.

Equally the supporting cast are just as fantastic, helping the story develop many layers. In our current climate it's message of love over hate, the need for peace and fighting against evil was more poignant.

I went in to this film expecting to enjoy it, however I was blown away by how amazing I felt on leaving. It was so refreshing to see such a strong woman in such a pivotal role. For women, men and young children alike this is such an important and fantastic film! And I never write reviews for ANYTHING but felt compelled to write one for this film.
