I think a friend of mine summed it up pretty well - "it was really good for a DC movie." It's fairly well paced, good action scenes, there's a few cheesy scenes as to be expected in a comic book movie.
I enjoyed it, but it wasn't anything "groundbreaking" as some of the reviews I've read seem to allude to.
