Review of Wonder Woman (2017) by Jordan J — 04 Jun 2017
Wow! I'm incredibly impressed by DC. They've actually done it. The DCEU has hope. This movie brought hope. I thought Man of Steel and Suicide Squad were good but no. This is a really good movie.
It was worth the wait from when they showed the first teaser trailer for this movie. I'd have to say that this is the best DC movie I've seen since The Dark Knight. I can't even decide which one was better.
This movie has good plot that doesn't really have any flaws or plot holes. Unlike Batman v Superman, this movie has a good plot but doesn't spend the whole time being a little slow with the talking.
This movie sprinkles action through out. Then if you compare this to suicide squad, this movie looks like they took the time to make it. Suicide squad had to be made in a very short time period and the editing for suicide squad was a little choppy like the critics said.
But this movie just looks like they worked hard. Gal Gadot shines in her role as Wonder Woman. She just knows how to be the character. Chris Pine does a pretty good job in this movie as well. Another thing to add is that this movie has some good comedic moments.
There is a good twist in the end that can also sort of bring a good message to the movie. Overall this is a great movie. It brings hope to the DCEU and succeeds at being the first great DCEU movie. Hopefully DCEU will continue to make great movies like this one.
It seems that they have learned from there mistakes. The movie also has a pretty good message in the end. I would definitely go see this again while it's still in theaters. A+.
