Only once before in my life have I eagerly awaited the release of a new movie, that of, "ALIENS". Fast forward and there I was eager to see,"Wonder Woman". The trailers looked fabulous but would the almost two and half hours be worth the wait? The theatre was packed, a 7 pm showing.

When told, we donned our 3D glasses and settled in. Up till now, super movie hero's are about a man in a suit who tackles the bad guy and how he does it is what makes the movie the movie. Nothing deep, all surface and little to no character development, because it isn't required.

Those movies are about cool action and amazing CGI. However, how many of those movies does one need to see until it all becomes one simple predictability? Thank you to all involved with Wonder Woman, for you went beyond the norm, thought outside the box see and gave us, the audience, something new, something different and something amazing.

A story so captivating that you had your audience enthralled, silent as we watched the story unfold. We followed Wonder Woman's journey to stop the bad guy and along the way understand humanity and love.

You brought? us laughter, reflection upon the fragility of the human mind and also on our strengths. The action was so strong I almost forgot to breathe. Patty Jenkins, Alan Heinberg, Martin Walsh, Matthew Jensen, Gal Gabot and the entire cast and crew I and many other, thank you all for a job well done.
