Review of Wonder (2017) by David B — 03 Dec 2017
The more the film went on, the more I thought 'this should be so corny?, but throughout it manages to stay on the right side of corn. We actually get to like Auggie and feel the anxiety of his parents when they just want their kid to be happy.
Many of the parts seem like stereotypes but are also believable, thanks to terrific performances. It?s like a modern twist on ?Little House on the Prairie?.
