Review of Wonder (2017) by Steve C — 17 Dec 2017
As a novel, Wonder was a fantastic story that was enjoyed by every member of my family - kids and adults. And the film adaptation was equally successful. Thanks to its director, screenwriter and cast, the film avoided becoming cheesy and developed its characters with sincerity and emotion that was earned rather than forced.
I hope the success of Wonder means the return of the family friendly PG movie that grown-ups are not embarrassed to admit they love. Because I loved Wonder.
