Review of Woman in Gold (2015) by Craig M — 11 May 2015
What could have been a simple story of stolen artwork by the Nazies in Vienna during Hitlers reign of terror, becomes a wonderful story of such depth, because of Ryan Reynolds and Helen Mirren. The two acted so cohesive that they simply brought this story to such greatness and importance that emotions just rose up.Audience members cried. They felt.
the pain of Helen Mirren's character and Ryan Reynolds frustration.I was so moved by this film, once again reminding me what we should never ever forget. Everyone exploded into clapping for remarkable direction and great acting.Bravo.
