What could have been an Art 101 class rises on the strength of two wonderful actresses: Tatiana Maslany now known for Orphan Black and the always effervescent and supremely talented Helen Mirren. What could have been a simply underdog wins becomes a sublime retelling of a period in history that should never be forgotten and these two actresses with a simplicity of movement make you see both the horror and the victory.
