I found this film quite just and in the right tone. It depict Helen Mirren's character with a lot of justice and dignity. This film doesn't need any loud or bolder treatment. Just a slight reminiscence of the past is enough to make us feel how hard it was for her to live again those dreadful years, and hardship she had to go through in her youth.
