Review of Woman in Gold (2015) by Christopher O — 04 Sep 2017
I love movies in which the two leads don't really seem they go together but create a partnership that moves the audience. Mirren and Reynolds create this sort of pairing. Based on a true story which is sad but uplifting and really signifies how even the worst circumstances can bring out the best in someone and make them stronger.
Helen Mirren is superb and almost matched note by note by Reynolds. A true inspiring film! 09-03-2017.
