Review of Wolf Creek (2005) by Timothy G — 04 Apr 2013
Wolf Creek starts off as most teen horror movies do with the main characters partying and enjoying life unaware of what the future holds. However, what raises it above it's contemporaries is the great cinematography of the Australian wild lands and the cast who create a genuine sense of fear.
With Australia being such a vast expanse of land who knows what dangers lie out there and director Greg McLean gives us an insight from the perspective of three young backpackers. It can seem a bit sluggish in parts but this is one of the better horror movies.
