Grittier, darker, raw, unsettling, unnerving and even more shocking and horrifying than the original Wolf Creek 2 is the sequel that seriously surpass and improve over the original Wolf Creek. Wolf Creek 2 takes place after the events of the original where a group of international tourists who are travelling in the Australian Outback are soon terrorized by the psychotic killer Mick Taylor and now the group must survive Mick Taylor's killing spree once again in order to survive in the Australian Outback.

I gotta admit that this is a very good sequel but its not only a good sequel it is a huge improvement over the original Wolf Creek and seriously I mean it and it is true that this sequel beats the original in many ways if the original is raw, unsettling and intense the sequel is a much more different film because its execution is very different over the original.

One of the great things about Wolf Creek 2 is that it not only has a beautiful cinematography that has loads of shots of the beautiful Australian Outback and the Wolf Creek crater but the movie is more suspenceful than the original and seriously there are loads of suspenceful and intense scenes that are even more tense to watch than in the original(The opening scene, The chase sequence which is very similar to most car chase scenes in movies like Duel and Joy Ride is superb, Mick attacking the German tourists and the haunting finale)pus the other things I like about Wolf Creek 2 is that the whole film is filled with loads of disturbing, unsettling and unnerving sequences(The scene where we get to see loads of dead bodies in Mick Taylor's dungeon is extremely disturbing)plus the movie is full of kills that are even more shocking and gorier than the original(Loads of nasty sniper head shots which are super bloody, The decapitation by using a knife and the unflinching sequence where Mick cuts off a couple of fingers from a tourist)and the last things I like about this film is that the whole movie has loads of fantastic settings(The Samaritans' house and the disturbing dungeon of Mick Taylor).

Now the acting in this movie is amazing and all of the new casts deliver a superb performance but the true main highlight of this film is John Jarratt and he managed to exceed his performance over the original because his performance in the entire film is more menacing, pure evil, sinister and 100% pure psychotic throughout the entire film I'm serious check out the scenes where he talks most of the time he is super evil and the part where he's messing with Paul in his chamber is creepy enough to watch and I love John Jarratt's performance overall in this film a lot.

Director, Writer and Producer Greg McLean did an amazing job with his work on this movie and I love that he's getting better in making these kinds of films he is one of the most talented and influential directors since James Wan.

Overall Wolf Creek 2 is a superior over the original Wolf Creek and this movie works in an amazing way thanks to the film's tight pacing and superb directing from Greg McLean. This movie gets a 10/10.
