There's something special and down-to-earth about Selena Gomez, that millions of tweens admire about her. Unlike her nemesis Mile Cyrus, Gomez has managed to keep her ego in check.

I was surprised at the effort put into Wizards of Waverly place: The movie it gravitated more on a complex storyline and used Harry Potter as a guideline to achieve a serious tone. But still maintaining the family audiences and a few good laughs.
