Review of Witness for the Prosecution (1957) by Jeri P — 15 Aug 2012
Charles Laughton makes ever movie better, doesn't he? This one starts off as a standard court defense drama and veers off to some fun twists, some of them expected and some not. As a movie about a murder case, it's okay, but the way it's directed and the way Laughton's character is written are what make it worth watching.
