Review of Without You I'm Nothing (2008) by Private U — 25 Aug 2007
So you like Sarah Silverman? Hit her in the face with a sledgehammer, remove her pithy SNLesque one-liners and get her playing her 'jewish princess' schtick in front of a room of black people who clearly hate her guts and only then - if you times the IQ points by about 300 - can you begin to get an insight into this film.
Subversive cabaret from a woman whose insight into the relationship between race and gender is equalled only by her perfect comic timing.
