Review of Without a Clue (1988) by Martina G — 09 Mar 2008
Absolutely brilliant parody of Sherlock Holmes down to the very last atom of fabric of British society, and of course Sherlock Holmes stories. In every story of Sherlock Holmes you could have detected that in fact its always Dr.
Watson that explains evidence and links them into a story which explains every case, never Holmes :) I fell in love with this movie cca19 years ago and still love it. But to completely understand it u also need at least above average IQ.
Not everybody is able to understand the finesse of pure English humor and cynicism.
