Haha! Finall I get to see this film after having to hear so much about it from assorted folks. I can well imagine that people like the two characters exist, even today. And that sink! I've seen similar situations like that before.
Ugh! But yes ... not everyone's going to "get" this film but Withnail's little soliloquy at the end was touching.
