Review of Withnail & I (1987) by Johnny B — 17 May 2009
How very strange this movie was. And dangerous too. Because, if viewed incorrectly, it is very depressing. The humor is dark, British, and at times a bit quirky. This makes it somewhat inaccessible and difficult to find.
But in the end, this movie is hilarious in a way reminiscent of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Great stuff.
