Dreadfully amateurish filmmaking in all areas. Detective Lutz tracks an escaped satanic serial killer who has aligned himself with vampires. Will Spanner is not present but is mentioned by Lutz. I felt bad for Wendy Cooper, she was the only one in the cast who managed to rise above the material in another cut rate Jerry Feifer production.
