Like Troll 2 or Miami Connection, this is further proof that extreme sincerity mixed with extreme stupidity can be a potentially wonderful combo. With an array of eye-rolling dialogue, over-the-tippy-top performances, convoluted lore, and some surprisingly effective gore effects, Wishmaster deserves to be among the best of the "so-bad-it's-good" genre.
