Cute,daring and entertaining. I can't beleive I don't remember this movie coming out. widely over looked, it has charm, and magic. when A boy recieves a gift in the mail and opens it, he finds a 'Bulls Privates' wrapped and aged perfectly, freaked out he reads the card, letting him know that he has 3 wishes and this "thing" can grant it.

"Why not whats the worst that could happen,right?". for every wish is a death that follows..
