I guess I can understand why this movie was a box office flop, but I personally loved it. If you can appreciate a good fantasy/fairy tale story, you will probably feel the same way. The overall message is sweet and uplifting and it's well acted.
Box office numbers are not always indicative of whether or not a movie is actually worth seeing.
