A Winter's Tale is a beautifully written, powerful love story rendered in magical realism. It has a fine cast and top-notch production values. Typically, most critics, whose literacy, and cinematic comprehension is always in question, have missed this film. The story is a play of light and the absence of light, of good and evil and of hate and the superior power of transcendental love. It is highly recommended for those among us with a good imagination.
