I wouldn't be going out too far on a limb to say that Winter's Bone is the best movie (and scariest) that I have seen this year. Terrific story set in a place where no one usually ventures and for good reason.
..the Ozarks and the people living there realize a different code of law. Jennifer Lawrence's portrayal of Ree in this "backwoods noir" is spellbinding. This is the movie you must see this summer.
