Review of Winter's Bone (2010) by Andrea B — 03 Jun 2012
This movie was just downright scary. I went in thinking it was a drama, and then thirty minutes in I realize it's more of a thriller. It had me glued to the screen from the very beginning. The content of the film kept me thinking throughout the whole thing and the knowledge you start to realize: that there is an underlying principle that everyone follows otherwise it's trouble for you, gave me a haunting impression I won't soon forget.
A must see for anyone who likes movies.
