Review of Winter Passing (2006) by Bach P — 24 Jun 2007
It's...not a film for everyone. It's slow, and rather quiet. There are no explosions, and no million dollar effects. It's all about dialogue and character here, and in that sense, it is a terrific film.
Zooey Deschanel carries the film throughout, but she gets terrific help along the way with a great supporting cast. Winter Passing has it's far share of problems, but deep down it's got a big heart, one that will make you move.
