Holy, Holy, Holy, God is Holy. That is the face of the priest. The priests' persona. This moving picture shows us the things behind the altar, dvelvs into the mind of priests. Their constant believs and their disbelieves.
All is explored in a beautiful way too the sound of the organ. This film is art, it is like beautiful paintings that move and interact and is acted flawlessly by Thulin and Bjornstrand. A perfect contribution to the art of cinema.
