Review of Winning: The Racing Life of Paul Newman (2015) by Karen J — 08 Jul 2015

Saw this movie a couple of weeks ago in Carpenteria. I know very little about racing but have always admired Paul Newman. He always seemed classy & appeared genuine. This documentary proves me right as far as my opinion of the man, but Paul Newman was far more interesting and impressive man than I realized.

His values were rock solid and his generosity in time, talent and money toward the people in his life should be an example for all. Although I knew Paul Newman was involved in auto racing I had no idea of his many achievements.

Lots of interviews of guys unknown outside of racing circles that were sweet, interesting and genuine. This is a great movie and you should try to see it.
