Review of Winnie the Pooh (2011) by Alec B — 24 Oct 2011
Like its source material, this film has no major plot or anything really serious going on, but then it doesn't need to. Winnie the Pooh and the rest of these characters exists in a world of childlike simplicity and deservedly remain there in this most recent adaptation.
It sweet and actually quite funny, but what sold me was the honey hallucination Pooh has. Oh and there are thankfully no Heffalumps or Woozles in this film, because they scare me.
