Review of Winnie the Pooh (2011) by Tom O — 08 Oct 2014
Being British and from the original area where the stories are based (Ashdown forest in Sussex) I have to say I'm amazed at Disney's restraint and respect of the source material. The backgrounds in particular actually look like the original illustrations and setting in real life, the way they and the text is physically used are of particular merit.
It has enough going on for parents to enjoy (even after the 20th viewing!) That and my 18month old won't watch anything else!
