Overall, no movie can ever live up to your expectations, but Winnie gets as close as you can.
The animations are classically Pooh, and two short interlocking stories make this a well worth family treat. Some people claime that it is too short or not child friendly, but really if you think that tigger bouncing Eeyore and a story about helping your friends isn't child appropriate, then I have only one thing to say to you, "Oh, Bother." 4.8/5.
