Review of Winnie the Pooh (2011) by Sarah . — 21 Jul 2012
I was definitely a Winnie the Pooh fan as a kid, but I fear this may be one of those childhood things that doesn't really translate well/be as entertaining to adults. There was a lot more singing than I remember - and that wasn't a good thing. It's still sweet, but it really just didn't do anything for me anymore. Also, despite the fact that I watched a completely legitimate version (i.e. not pirated or online or anything like that), the audio did not match the animation perfectly and that was very disappointing. Still, it's cute and for kids, it's probably still a good pick.
What did this movie teach me? Tigger sounds like Christopher Meloni.
