Review of Wings of Desire (1987) by Adam C — 16 Dec 2009
The film seemed too arthouse for my taste. It was long, drawn out, slow-paced -- which can work with the right film and worked at times in this film, but not the entire thing. Like the Russian version of "Solaris," it almost felt like you could trim an hour from this film, hit the main points and still not miss a thing.
