Review of Wings (1966) by Byron B — 22 May 2009
A pretty great silent epic. It's a little too melodramatic for my tastes, but most films from the 20's are. The aerial photography and battle scenes are awesome and there is some pretty advanced and creative camerawork here.
It's very enjoyable, and even at almost 2 1/2 hours, its not boring. See it.
