Review of Wings (1966) by Antoine S — 01 Aug 2010
True, I have not seen a good many silent films, but this is by far the best I've ever seen. It was a completely original work, and the film aspects of it, such as lighting, editing, and even graphics, were lightyears ahead of its time.
This film lives up to its reputation as the first ever Best Picture win, and the only silent film ever to win this most coveted of all film awards. A must-see for the true lover of the seventh art.
