Take one part "Space: Above & Beyond," water it down with questionable flavour-of-the-week casting choices (the lovely Saffron Burrows notwithstanding,) pepper with references to the games which maybe a dozen people will notice, pour onto the silver screen.
Well, it's still better than the frightening prospect of a Starlancer film.
