Review of Wind River (2017) by Tiffany G — 07 Sep 2017
This movie was excellent. And a refreshingly honest look into a world we keep falsely claiming we killed off leaving us conveniently off the hook for the treatment of existing Native Americans living under deplorable conditions on reservations.
If we keep saying they're all dead, even when we say we're sorry for our country's acts, we don't have to put any action behind our regret because ... well, "they're all already dead.
" No, they're not. This movie reminds us that our regret of their treatment is not nearly enough.
