Review of Wind Chill (2007) by Porchee P — 12 Jan 2008
I get the impression that the script for Wind Chill may have been written on cocktail napkins one night when writers Joe Gangemi and Steven Katz got together for a few beers and some laughs. Their efforts might well have been rewarded had they not switched to shots of tequila halfway through the process.
Character introduction and plot set-up move along fine and unfortunately, it's the horror/suspense segment where the train wreck occurs. And no, that's not a spoiler... Emily Blunt and Ashton Holmes did their best with what they were given and each deserves a star for having frozen their tails off during the filming of this dud.
