Review of Wind Chill (2007) by Jessaca F — 21 Mar 2008
Not fantastic, and definately not the best thriller i've ever seen, but it deserves a chance. This semi-smart "horror" flick delivers a few chills and a very mild R rating. The intelligence? Both of the main characters are un-named, and in the ending credits referred to as "Guy" and "Girl" (just as you would tell it! "There was a guy and a girl driving up the road.
.."). The final scene is smart, and leaves you pondering about what truly went on in the story. However, the downside of the film was the very, very, weak special effects and graphics (I mean, come on, what was up with the mutant ghost's tongue? I nearly died laughing) and during some scenes you'll be so confused your head might start to hurt.
I recommend this movie, as it definately deserves a chance, but you should probably watch it for free.
