Review of Wind Chill (2007) by Leo K — 12 Jan 2009
Yes, 'Eel Puppeteer'. I did make me chortle when I saw it listed in the end credits.
I enjoyed the film very much. I think the directors could have cut a few things out, the eel for one because the way the man moved was scary enough and cut out the nosferatu like characters stalking the perimeter. They weren't needed, I think they were too much, the director created a very scary atmosphere without them.
I grew to like the characters eventually but was suspicious of both of them for different reasons for a little way into the film which I thought was clever of the director.
It looked so cold it made me turn my heating on halfway through the film and the end I thought was very well done, very sad.
I would recommend it to someone who wants a very different ghost story that's acted very well. I think it's a have something/someone to cuddle through it kind of film.
