Review of Wind Chill (2007) by David G — 29 May 2009
I don't know about this one. I mean it's well acted - Emily Blunt and Ashton Holmes are both really good in their roles, it looks good - you feel the biting cold - and it's not exactly boring as I certainly wanted to see where it was going, it's just that in the end I have absolutely no idea what the hell was going on or what it was all about! It throws too much weird-for-the-sake-of-being-weird shit at you and to be honest it's all pretty daft.
Oh and the fact that it's not actually scary is kind of a problem. I don't think I'll be catching this one again. You have to admire Emily Blunt's classical beauty though. She's not "hot", just beautiful, you know?
