Review of Wind Chill (2007) by Narelle N — 01 Feb 2008
Amazing film.
A Large portion why?what?how? of the film is left unexplained.
Reminded me of a "Johnny Quest" episode where a girl keeps falling of a deserted lighthouse at midnight 12:00 ,every night, then keeps coming back.
This one is a paranormal film ,more or less ,than a horror film.
I hate horror films that just scare u all the time ..... those are for the lesser IQ's.
This film is about bonding, desperation and human zeal to survive against odds.
Plot is way below average.....but the core of the movie is the bonding between the Two college students which is very refreshing.
Way more palatable than ape shit.
Thats being sold as "horror/paranormal" these days.
This is more a soothing lullaby.
The film ends on a positive note which is very refreshing.
Emily Blunt rules.
I hope people make more movies like these.
No guy was beheaded.Nobody's intestines are torn out.
Thank Gregory Jacobs for that.
This would have sucked if that would have happened.
