Review of Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! (2004) by Panta O — 09 Apr 2010

Maybe this was a good movie and I just wasn't in the mood to put up with a bland story executed lazily by Robert Luketic (too much expectations after Legally Blond, maybe), lack of acting ability (except Topher Grace), stupid situations put up together to fill up space (just watch the father in the story - acts as a moron!) and very annoying blond moments of the main character with a philosophy which will never move you a meter away from the checkout (in real life).

I think it is our mistake that, as a society, we encourage movie makers to feed crap like this to young ladies and after that complain that those same ladies will finish on some antidepressants in 20 years because their "dreams" were not like in the movie.

.. I watched the movie to the end - my hope that a part worth something will happen disappeared with the last scene!
