The cast tries its best to lift this routine romantic comedy to a higher level, but they aren't quite able to make us forget that the script isn't all that witty.
A teenager West Virgina, played by Kate Bosworth, wins a chance to go on a date with movie star Tad Hamilton (Josh Duhamel). But her best friends already has a crush on her.
