Review of Wimbledon (2004) by Jake M — 19 Nov 2007
Wasn't sure whether this was going to be a tad cheesy, but I really enjoyed it. The tennis scenes were really well done and built up a similar tension to actually watching Wimbledon. Paul Bettany's slick comedic delivery makes this geekily attractive male lead play off beautifully against Kirsten Dunst's usual role of likeable, all-American girl.
The supporting cast were excellent and made this film extremely watchable.
