Review of Wimbledon (2004) by Carina R — 23 Mar 2008
As a tennis nut, I enjoyed this a lot more as a sports movie than as a romance. The tennis scenes are well-choreographed and acted and work dramatically. The love story is hardly original, and I'm not totally sure that Kirsten Dunst's character is the nicest girl in the world (would she have embraced Peter if he had lost the final?).
