I've been meaning to review this movie ever since I stated flixter and for whatever reason never got around to it. Well hear I am now reviewing this classic based on one of my favorite books as a child.
It's so much fun and is very faithful to the book and has some of the wonder and imagination that made the book so great. The characters are great, the sets are really cool, and Gene Wilder has a great performance as Willy Wonka.
It's one of the better movies of the seventies and a classic family film. It's a must see for fans of the book and fans of fun, family fantasy films.
