One of the best Evil Villians! some stupid jokes, shoddy midget acting and dodgy effects on the birth of morphing doesn't ruin one of the best kiddie films. I still quote this when looking down upon a crowded dancefloor "PIGS! YOU'RE ALL PIGS!!!".
