Review of Willow (1988) by Darian W — 10 Nov 2012

One of my favorite movies because it seems to have it all. A fantasy action adventure with a little romance and good sprinkle of comedy. The plot is the classic journey to save the world from evil, but in this case has been handled in a rich and creative way.

You feel as if you can walk right into this fantasy world full of pixies, trolls,dragons, warriors and of course the little people who save it all. It's works as a family movie but isn't dumbed down for children.

Plus Val Kilmer was so good I didn't even realize it was him. ;).
